ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (BLOOM) – A familiar face in Tampa Bay’s grassroots community efforts is now helping local businesses and nonprofits get the spotlight they deserve, one reel, post and press hit at a time.
Victoria Arczynski, a childhood cancer survivor and former tie-dye entrepreneur, officially launched JVT Consulting, a boutique social media and marketing agency focused on helping mission-driven brands grow through creative content and community-based strategies.

Arczynski’s journey into entrepreneurship began as early as high school, where she babysat, walked dogs and later turned heads during her senior year at Virginia Tech with her handmade tie-dye brand Just Vicky Thingz. The business was featured on ABC7 and NBC4 Washington not just for its bold colors, but for its cause, a portion of some shirt sales supported the American Cancer Society, honoring Arczynski’s own battle with cancer as a child.
After a stint in Hawaii and a degree in infectious diseases and public health, Arczynski pivoted into digital marketing and eventually moved to Florida. In 2022, she began working with her first Tampa Bay client, concierge chiropractor Dr. Nicholas Young, and started to find her niche: amplifying the work of passionate small business owners and community organizers.

Since then, JVT Consulting has supported a variety of local initiatives, including Pitch-a-Friend Tampa Bay, Lagoon Pontoons, The Meditating Mutt, and St. Pete Girls Who Walk, one of the city’s fastest-growing grassroots movements, which she’s helped earn press coverage on WFLA, WUSF, Tampa Bay Today, and Creative Loafing.

Arczynski also helped coordinate hurricane relief efforts through Operation BBQ Relief, mobilizing both the St. Pete Girls Who Walk and St. Pete Guys communities to deliver supplies and support across the region after Hurricane Helene.
Her work blends marketing with mission. “Marketing is more than just clicks and content, it’s community,” Arczynski said. “I want small business owners and nonprofits to feel seen, heard, and supported in their growth.”

From helping clients go viral on TikTok to getting featured in the news, Arczynski’s agency reflects her own story: resilient, resourceful and rooted in giving back.
