SPRING HILL, Fla. (WFLA) — The Florida Highway Patrol said they're looking for a hit-and-run driver who hit a motorcyclist on US-19 in Hudson, they said on Saturday.
The crash happened on Friday, Oct. 24, at around 1:30 p.m. near the intersection of US-19 and Maryland Avenue.

A mid-size, silver SUV was in the center turning lane waiting to make a left turn, while a 34-year-old Spring Hill man was riding a motorcycle, approaching the intersection.
The car turns left, directly into the path of the motorcyclist, causing him to collide with the car and sending the bike flipping through the air.
A nearby surveillance camera caught it on video, which shows the SUV speeding off after the crash without stopping.
Fortunately, other cars quickly pulled over to render air to the cyclist, who is seen sitting up at the end of the video. FHP did not release any information about the man's condition.
