TAMPA, Fla. (BLOOM) — Just in time for the holiday weekend, beachgoers across Florida can leave their parking worries behind.
Sun Cruiser, a ready-to-drink vodka iced tea brand, is launching its Beach Parking Payout program beginning Thursday, July 3, offering to reimburse up to $20 to anyone paying for parking at Florida’s beach towns, from Clearwater to South Beach.
The brand hopes to take the sting out of summer parking fees as Floridians and tourists flock to the coast for Independence Day celebrations.
“Nothing kills the mood of a perfect beach day like paying to park,” said Erica Taylor, senior brand director at Sun Cruiser. “To celebrate this 4th of July, Sun Cruiser is helping fans get to the beach by covering their beach parking costs in Florida, and let the good times cruise.”
To claim the $20 reimbursement, beachgoers can visit SunCruiserBeachFund.com/FL and submit their parking receipt. Payments will be sent via Venmo.
The promotion comes as part of a marketing push for Sun Cruiser’s line of vodka iced teas, which include flavors like Classic Iced Tea, Peach, Raspberry, and a variety of lemonade blends. Each can contains 100 calories, 1 gram of sugar, and 4.5% ABV.
The offer is available for a limited time and while funds last.
